Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all unopened and undamaged netiyoga pots, provided the product is returned in its original packaging.

Conditions:

1. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
2. Notify us via email within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
3. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
4. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer shipping through our fulfillment center. Order our premium neti pots and enjoy free shipping within the European Union. For international customers, free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, which is calculated at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper use of the netiyoga pots. By purchasing and using our products, you agree that the Company will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Affiliate Marketing and Lifetime Guarantee

We offer a lifetime guarantee for customers who refer three new customer through a verified affiliate link. The referred customer must be verified through our automated Affiliate system.

1. The referring customer is entitled to up to 5 new neti pots under the lifetime guarantee, provided proof of damage (photos) is submitted.
2. The lifetime guarantee does not apply in cases of abuse, such as repeated requests for new neti pots without valid reasons. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if we detect misuse.
3. Customers can join our full affiliate program after a successful referral and receive a commission on verified leads. The commission amount will be set by us and may vary.

Return and Refund Process

To request a return, you must contact us via email. Once the return request is received, we will review and process it within 10 days. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, abused the affiliate program, or attempted to exploit the lifetime guarantee.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Slovenian jurisdiction.
