Money-Back Guarantee Policy
I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all unopened and undamaged NetiYoga pots, provided the product is returned in its original packaging.
Conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Notify me via email within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Once I receive the returned product, I will process your refund within 14 days.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
I personally handle all orders and ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in your country.
I process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper use of NetiYoga pots.
By purchasing and using my products, you agree that I will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
Affiliate Marketing and Lifetime Guarantee
I offer a lifetime guarantee for customers who refer one new customer through a verified affiliate link.
The referred customer must be verified through my affiliate system.
The referring customer is entitled to up to 5 new NetiYoga pots under the lifetime guarantee, provided proof of damage (photos) is submitted.
The lifetime guarantee does not apply in cases of abuse, such as repeated requests for new NetiYoga pots without valid reasons.
I reserve the right to deny replacement requests if misuse is detected.
After a successful referral, customers can also join my full affiliate program and receive a commission on verified leads.
The commission amount will be set by me and may vary.
Return and Refund Process
To request a return, you must contact me via email.
Once I receive your return request, I will review and process it within 10 days.
Refunds will only be issued for items returned according to my Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
Termination of Accounts
I reserve the right to terminate your account if I determine that you have violated these Terms, abused the affiliate program, or attempted to exploit the lifetime guarantee.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Slovenian jurisdiction.
