Return Conditions
You can return your NetiYoga pot within 14 days of receiving it.
The pot must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply contact me by email.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
I recommend using a tracked shipping method to make sure your return arrives safely.
Refund Process
Once I receive and inspect the returned pot, I will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that I refund only the amount you actually paid for the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your NetiYoga pot arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
I will offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Important Notes
If the pot shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition, I may not be able to offer a full refund.
Lifetime guarantee claims have separate conditions (see the Lifetime Guarantee Policy).
