Affiliate Marketing and Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee for customers who refer three (3) new customers to us using a verified affiliate link. The referred customers must be verified through our WooCommerce Affiliate plugin. Upon verification, the referring customer becomes eligible for the lifetime guarantee on their neti pot, under the following conditions:
- The customer is entitled to receive up to 5 new neti pots under the lifetime guarantee, provided the original neti pot is proven to be broken.
- Proof of damage must be submitted in the form of photographs showing the broken neti pot.
- The lifetime guarantee does not apply in cases of abuse, such as repeated or fraudulent requests for new neti pots without valid reasons. If we detect such behavior, we reserve the right to deny further replacement requests, even before the 5-pot limit is reached.
Once the new customers have been successfully verified, the referring customer can choose to join our affiliate program fully, earning a commission for each verified lead they bring in. The commission amount will be determined by us and may vary over time.
This system is designed to reward honest customers while preventing any exploitation of our lifetime guarantee or affiliate program.
